The Argus EMT-101 Fire Suppressing System is a cartridge operated, CO2
propelled, dry chemical system for use in textile filtration hazards. The
bicarbonate based extinguishing agent (called plus 50 B) has for years been
found as the most efficient and cost effective fire suppressant for the
very large and volatile filter systems in today's textile mills. The Argus
EMT-101 system was designed to operate in harsh industrial environments, is
backed by a one year Argus warranty, and is the only system approved by
Factory Mutual for use on the textile filtration hazards.
